Introducing Argentina

Argentina exudes passion. From the steamy dance of tango to the cult of futbol, Argentinean culture is as flavorful as its cuisine.

When is the best time to visit?
Since Argentina is a vast country, with climates ranging from the warm North to the icy South, when to visit really depends on where you plan on going. But as a general rule of thumb, travelers should aim to visit from April to June (fall) or from September to December (spring). Learn more

Where should I go in Argentina?
City life in Buenos Aires is a constant blur and a must-see for any visitor interested in soaking up the exciting culture of this country. Argentina boasts a host of natural splendors as well, from the Iguazú Falls in the subtropical north to the icy beauty of Perito Moreno Glacier and the Andean salt flats. Whatever destination travelers prefer, most will agree on one thing: there’s nothing like a well-grilled Argentinian steak accompanied by a glass of local red wine. Learn more

How many days do I need?

Get the best of this concrete jungle on a 5-day tour which explores the city and indulges in its rising food scene, not to mention allows time for tango dancing and horseback riding with real gaucho cowboys.

Next, spend a day exploring Torres del Paine - one of the world's most beautiful national parks. Top your Patagonian experience off with a glacier walk over the most impressive mass of ice in the region, Perito Moreno. Then, journey north for a visit to Iguazú Falls, the largest network of waterfalls in the world. These falls are located on the border of Argentina and Brazil, so you'll get to experience the majesty of the falls from both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides. Finally, it's off to Buenos Aires where you'll enjoy some city time in the "Paris of South America" before your journey home.

For anyone who gets a chance to work with this amazing person you can rest easy knowing she will do her best to get you exactly what you ask for! Flor was very tentative, responsive, gave great advice and wonderful options. Any questions we had she answered right away! On top of that, we had amazing guides, tours and drivers! We learned so much about the history at each place we went! Saw amazing tango dancers, ate delicious food, drank fantastic wine and had so many write home about experiences! Thank you Flor for an amazing time!!

Club Tapiz
Maipú - Mendoza

Staying at Club Tapiz in Mendoza was just glorious. It was so relaxing being outside of the town, and the food was extraordinary. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch there one day and breakfast every morning. Both places we stayed at were really quiet, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was serene and perfect for unwinding.

CasaSur Palermo Hotel
Buenos Aires

My stay at CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires was really good. I appreciated the location in Palermo, away from the center but close to shops, restaurants, and bars. It felt less touristy and more chic, which I liked. The only downside was being charged for the coffee in the room, which is unusual compared to the US. Despite mentioning this to the front desk and the manager, they agreed it was strange but couldn't change it. Overall, a great stay with just this minor hiccup.
